Payments & order status
Track payments, inspect deliveries and handle manual changes.
Find an order
Open Payments to review purchases, then open a payment to see its items, player, payment and delivery details. The Overview page summarizes store activity. Test payments are identified separately from real sales.
Payment and delivery are separate
Saved order items preserve the delivery commands from purchase time. A later package edit will not update those snapshots.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | The payment has not yet been verified. It is not ready for delivery. |
| Paid | Payment is confirmed (or the order is a free/test order). Check delivery separately. |
| Queued delivery | The server still needs to acknowledge the order. Online-only actions may be waiting for the player. |
| Delivered | The server acknowledged completion, or an owner recorded delivery manually. |
| Refunded | The refund has been recorded in Craftly. Provider refunds must be issued separately. |
Use manual controls carefully
Only mark an order delivered if you have already fulfilled it. Marking delivered removes it from the waiting queue; it does not execute its actions. Review the server’s checkpoints before retrying an order because previously dispatched commands may have succeeded.
Complete the actual refund in Stripe or PayPal first. Recording it in Craftly queues its refund actions once; undoing the record does not cancel or undo those actions.
