Packages & categories
Create the ranks, keys and perks players can buy.
Create a package
An inactive package is hidden from the public shop. Featured packages can appear in featured areas of your template. Stackable packages allow a player to buy multiple quantities; use this for items such as crate keys.
- Open Packages → New package. Add a name, tagline, description and a price in your store’s currency.
- Choose a category, or leave it as No category. Add the perks players should see on the package.
- Choose its item artwork and colours. The editor preview updates as you work.
- Add the package actions that deliver the purchase. Use a raw server command or an action from an enabled extension.
- Choose whether it is active, featured, and stackable, then save.
Organize with categories
Create categories such as Ranks, Keys or Cosmetics in the Categories section. Give each a clear name and description, and assign packages in the package editor. Categories help players browse and let you target an engagement sale at one part of the shop. Clone copies the category and its packages, with the copied packages hidden for review. A single package can also be cloned from its list; the hidden copy preserves its settings and actions and opens for editing.
Prices and package discounts
Set a package’s regular price and optional percentage discount in its editor. If an Engagement sale also applies, Craftly uses the larger of the package and store discounts. They do not add together. A valid coupon applies after that discount.
New purchases keep a snapshot of their delivery commands. Editing a package later does not change those orders.
